Chennai super kings are next with three titles. The other teams with titles in the league include Kolkata Knight Riders (2 league titles), Deccan Chargers, Rajasthan Royals, Sunrisers Hyderabad (one league title each). Some other teams who have played in the league but no titles to their history include Delhi Capital, Kings XI Punjab, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Kochi Tuskers Keral, Pune Warriors India, Rising Pune Super Giant and Gujarat Lions. The first team to lift the championship trophy was Rajasthan Royals in 2008. It was last held in 2019 which was won by the Mumbai Indians when they beat Chennai Super Kings by a single run to lift the trophy.
